In 1999 the FIA made perhaps it's best ever ruling; to not allow BAR to run their two cars with different liveries, this led to the two liveries being combined to create perhaps the most distinctive and unique livery in Formula one.


note: this skin is in no way related to the one done previously by Dav1n, infact I wasn't even aware it had already been done until I was two thirds of the way through.
