Description

Renault R8 Gordini TS Mod.

6 cars with Improved Physics, updated Cockpit & Wheels. Talent files. 3 basic set ups. Updated idle sound courtesy of DucFreak.

Aim:

Keep the first add-on car for GTL alive, by making it competitive in TC-65.

Philosophy:

Upgrade the car in a realistic manner as if: Engine worked & blueprinted. Gearbox upgraded. Alloy wheels. Suspension modified. Body lightened.

Method:

Engine:

Rev limit up from 8000 to 8500 rpm
Power increased from 85kw (114bhp) @ 7400 to 92kw (124bhp) @ 7300

Drive train:

Lowered final drive
Added 4 gear ratios

Suspension:

More Anti roll bar settings
More Ride Height settings
Track widened at front
Track narrowed at rear
Lowered 4.5cm (1.7inch)

Body:

Lightened by 27kg (60lb)

Result:

Success!

These cars will show as Renault R8 Gordini TS in your Dealer and Garage menus

Version 2.1:

Restores original Gordini files and makes TS Standalone.

Version 2.2:

Adds LCD & Rev Light to the TS and the Standard R8.
Engine revs more freely.

Version 2.3 added missing mask.gtl for #73
