Interlagos 1979 GTL V1.0

Interlagos 1979 is yet another perfect scratch build for rF by
team GRAND PRIX CLASSIC (GPC) who allready presened all their
beautiful '79er tracks to all of us.

Piquet converted the rF version to GTR2 and mentioned that this track
would be fine in GTL ass well.

MotorFX (GPC member) agreed to this opinion an kindly gave me permission
to convert it to GTL, that a lot for this kind offer.
