AKA Fairbanks grand prix circuit, it is a fantasy circuit, which has the race held in the early morning in Alaskan summer so it is sunny, but set at a time that suits European audiences.
Idea for setting it in Fairbanks came from the amazing IMO TV program Ice Road Truckers, based in Fairbanks. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice_Road_Truckers

Ver 1.5: New textures, new trees, better textures, people in grandstands and houses changed from buildings near the edge to posh hospitality suites.
4.0: Hopefully people can now enjoy this circuit now.
4.1: Camera fix, a few object additions and small fixes.
4.5: New main grandstand, pits, race control. Added Windmills and a few more buildings and Tecpro barriers in some places.

All (constructive)criticism will be taken in and resolved.
Would like someone to help/make a skybox for the Fairbanks area.
