new chassis suspension and inertia values, adjusted weight distribution. repacked/compressed dds files to gtr files. contains all 2005 & 2006 cars.
tested at Daytona 3.1 by N2lo.

The goal here is to mimic (as accurately as possible)
the 1996-2006 IROC cars and championships.

What I'm trying to do is create a set of cars that are good on ovals,
specifically Daytona 3.1 from N2lo.
