Transmission Noise Volume Reduction Mod (aka Trans NVR Mod)

Purpose:
To reduce the amount of Transmission noise heard in game and Normalize said Transmission noises.

Included files:
- Modified carsoundconfig.xml thats included with Unofficial Community Patch => v1.0.99a : Adjusted Global Interior and Exterior Transmission Volume Settings down by 50% (0.5)
- ALL Car Sound Definition files(.CSD's) that had a Transmission Volume set to > 50% of their play back level. 94 Cars or their variants were reduced to 50% or slightly lower.

Installation:
1) Unzip top level folder "Trans NVR Mod" to ..\SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED\MODS\
2) Activate in JSGME

Alternate install:
1) Deactivate NoGrip_UCP_v1.1-pre1.0.99_JSGME_install in JSGME
2) Unzip the 2 folders contained in "Trans NVR Mod" to ..\SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED\MODS\NoGrip_UCP_v1.1-pre1.0.99_JSGME_install
3) Reactivate NoGrip_UCP_v1.1-pre1.0.99_JSGME_install in JSGME
