Installation :

Drop the GameData folder into your GTL installation and it will put the engine sounds in the sounds folder (\GameData\Sounds\Chevrolet_Camaro_sounds).
For the aud file (Chevrolet_Camaro.aud) you can :
-Change the name of it and replace another aud of a car you want (Make a back up file of the one replaced before you do that).
OR
-Instead of replacing you can change the name and throw the aud in the team/skin folder of the car.
OR
-Open the car file of the car ,change the aud name it has addressed to "Chevrolet_Camaro.aud".

This file contains :
-A new folder with scratch made sounds by me out of a Chevrolet Camaro. Sounds folder -> \GameData\Sounds\Chevrolet_Camaro_sounds
-An sfx file to make the sounds work as they should.
