This update made with permission and support greg7.

I've the following modifications applied:

- decreased the volume of the outside coasting "OFF" sounds and tried rebalancing (because the original was overdriven);
- built new engine starting sound;
- tried to avoid the clipping the sound if the RPM go through 4000 (sometimes even raise up a clip).
