I've use Simbin's carsetup files and make them being use by the AI to improve their performances. Most noticeably was the improve top speed on long straits such as the nurburgring and macau where you normally can overtake time easily before a entering a corner, because their car's are limited in default settings (around 240-242 kph). I have roughly tested (Found the AI in Seat Leon TDI did 268 kph when drafting at Nurburgring). Now it is less likely you can overtake due to the speed difference.
