testing mode question

since i spend alot of my time in testing mode, i would like to make it so only Team HOBO (my team) will be included in the testing sessions, not other teams cars,
what would i need to do to make this happen :), or is it not possible :(

Go to Flag rules section and switch on Private Testing. However this will mean it will be just you alone on the track, no team mate unless you are running multi player.

i know how to test on my own,
but i was thinking theres a way to make my team only,
like pick "A.I opponents = 2"
which would mean three cars, then if theres a setting to which order the game picks A.I cars for testing, change that to make it my cars.........does that sound confusing :confused:

You have to make a new .GDB file that resides in the GameData folder and .txt file too, if you open one up (In notepad) you will see the contents copy it and rename it to hobo.gdb then change the settings to your liking, you can pit limit speeds, amount of cars etc. You will then have to make sure that each one of you cars includes the new series in it's .CAR file under the classes section. For more info give me a shout but i'm sure you can work it out when you have opened one.

Easiest way is to download an addon like WTCC BMW and see what he did to get it as a stand alone addon.

it will be enough that you add your class (let's say "HOBO") in the .VEH files of cars you want, it will show up in opponents selection tab.

im trying to do it with the DBR9 mod at the moment, but hopeing to do more

is this the ONLY thing i have to do, and if i do this with all my cars, and chose "all cars and tracks", this should inculde all my painted cars?

yes, it is the correct line
leave the previous classes too and add HOBO to it, or the rfm of mod you are using won't use those VEH files
