Location Tracks Folder?

Is there anyway to package up tracks to there own folder in the location folder?
I've tried to put just road courses in a folder that is named just that "Road Courses". Then I fired up the game, went to test to look for my folder and it wasn't there, but all the tracks where there along with all the stock tracks that came with the game.
