I bought a pair of Razer Barracuda headphones a couple of months ago and despite their great performance, the amp broke. I didn't save any store receipt, but had all the packaging. Razer quickly responded to my email and are sending a replacement pair. Overall experience was good.:)

Yea, I had some issues with my copperhead mouse.

Even though it looked like it was a motherboard issue, they where happy to help me with the issue :up:
