Ok, I just got the F1 mod working, but after running the first four races of the season, I have had no more than 5 cars finish each race. I am faily new to GTR2, and since I haven't gotten use to the F1 cars am running in Novice, with no damage to my car set to on. However the first race at Melbourne, every car after 5th place, either wrecked, had brake failure, engine failure, etc. The second race at Bahrain had only one car finish the race.... not me since I ran out of gas. The same thing has happened in every race...

On the last race I did in Monaco, and on the first turn there was a mass collesion and half the field was wiped out before the race really got started. The interesting thing is I know the mod is working since after this last incident we had to do about 8 laps under full course yellow while the marshals cleared up the mess. Then I ran the whole race, but by the end there were only 6 drivers who finished.
I am a hugh F1 fan and this is a great mod, but I am wondering if there is a problem with my settings, or maybe the mod doesn't have it's own AI file and the drivers think they are still driving GT cars, and such. Many take the corners, like a bull in a china shop... It can be rather entertaining to watch Scott Speed run into the back of Ad Sutil and have the whole back end of sutil's car come flying off, only to make Ralph Schumacher flip over and take out Takuma Sato.....lol
Has anyone else used this mod and noticed such issues?

Yes those issues are prevailing, I don't think there are ways to fix it though, but the cars are sensitive and it is rather difficult for the cars to race without wiping out each other, that's why I don't use it anymore. I head to Rfactor.

I found the same problem with the F1's. They're fun to drive and all, but with their speed and sensitivity, it's difficult (if not impossible) to have a realistic race with them. I can start at the back of the pack, never pass a car, and end up in first place.
