Hi all! little help needed please!

Hello everyone im new to GTR 2 looking for a good mature place to race online and nogrip looks good to me :D
However; i need a little help getting online to play! I tried to download US Patch v1_100 by 10tacle for GTR2 from this site to my desktop and when i get the file dl'ed and try to run the patch it asks me to find the appropriate program to run it on. So i chose GTR 2 time trial installer because it seems like the only sensible choice to me and it tells me that the program already seems to be installed. Im afraid that there is an easy answer eluding me can someone please help?

Also on the same note i try to download the monaco track and it is an unidentifiable file as well :confused: can someone please enlighten me?

They are .rar file. There like zip files in that they need to be unrar'd before you can used them.

Get a copy of 7zip and open the file with that

Thanks so much i can now inzip .rar files however another problem came up, when i try to race monaco or any other track for that matter my car floats in the garage and i cant go anywhere ;(

when you say "any other track" do you include the stock tracks in that?

yeah i reinstalled the game now everything is working thanks so much guys must have been somethihng with the installation of the game itself ;)
