Repainting gauges

I want to change the rev counter for one of my Minis to white. I have got the TGA files. What do I save them as and how do I get them to only work with one car?

I'd like to know too. I have various standalones that have different gauges, including white face ones for the Mustang (Which I have on the red / white one, looks the shit!) and some with added redlines. Some I've jus copied and pasted into the folders of the cars and it worked, some not.

Personally I'd love to know this cause I wanna do some for the Capri.
However I feel this may be in the wrong place, expect it to move. :)

Done now with the Mini. All I need to do is get rid of the STACK STACK STACK on the rev counter...
