If you want it to sound like the tr7 v8, put the change the alfa v8 sound files to the tr7. Very good car,i like it. :)

You don't.

.rtb is the right format for Rally Trophy addons. You must have the BZF Manager though, it will handle and install an .rtb file. ( http://www.nogripracing.com/details.php?filenr=119 )
