…open up .scn, gmt’s and .dds files with 3DsimEd 1.16c? I’ve installed the offline version and photoshop won’t open .dds files either.

You need the nvidia .dds plugin to open them in photoshop, here is a link

Don't forget that ALL the .dds .gmt .scn etc. are encypted, so you need to decrypt them first with wtcced tool from Luigi Auriemma before you can open anything.

Well gosh, I hate to be a pain but I ran the wtcc tool .exe which doesn’t seem to do anything. Anyone know how to use it…there is no read me.

It's a DOS program, the easiest way to run it is with a batch file.
