Surely a name to send a shiver down the spine of anyone here?
I have just been browsing a report from the 1967 Dutch GP (in case you don't remember the Cosworth DFV debut in the Lotus 49 :up: :trophy: ).
Part of the report states:
"Oddly enough, although Clark was outstripping everyone, according to the "Gatsometer" device, his speed on the straight was less than that of the Brabhams. Official speeds were given as: Brabham 255kph; Hulme 250kph; and Clark 247kph."
Bet Jimmy didn't get a ticket :D
