NEED FOR SPEED SHIFT Just my opinion

I got the 360 version of this game and i must say that it is a decent game,i am up to 3rd level tiers and it is quite addictng and fun. I had to play it for about an hour to start to enjoy the ways the cars drive,smooth is fast in this game. there is indivdual tuning,car adjusting. I am using a controller not a wheel...aside from the shortage of tracks and no fuel or tire wear the grafics and sounds are amazing..it reminds me of Race Pro and Forza....anyway i recommend it!:thumbup:

I am currently trying PS3 version first complaint is I cant set up my controller the way I like WTF, is that such a difficult thing to have ,this greatly diminishes any chance of being a top choice for me. P.C version total disaster.love the graphics accept that blur thing.

I was fortunate in that Style #2 is exactly how I like to have my controller set out. But I will concede that the lack of ability to fine tune your control keys is a major flaw. Something I'd really like to see adressed ina patch even if I personally wouldn't need it.

Other thing that eats at me is the addition of nitros. Its one tiny thing but it changes the entire racing dynamic and really eats at me. I haven't checked but I'm hoping its posssible to disable it in Online mode.

All in all though its a fun gaming experience and a nice distraction untill GT5 drops.

After playing the game everyday sence it released, I must say the only car i drive Now is the Carrera GT. It is a perfect balance of speed and handling. Beside the blood curdling shriek it emmits at full throttle is priceless.

hey ian..did you have to unlock the the MC12?
i cant find it to buy or anything!
i was able yo use it once online..but havent seen it since either in career or online?
was the coolest car i drove..aside from the zonda and mclarenf1..

Hahahah yah man I'm off work because of a dislocated knee lol nah you unlock the R8 LMS the 997 RSR and the DBR9 at driver levels the Aston at 50 lol bit to only use in online and quick race :-( I was like oh that sucks lol yah I have about $3m lol

cool man! yeah..i got the r8 and saw the level rewards for the others, but this MC12 is a freaking mystery..asked over at psn forums and they have no clue just said to look in stock or loaner cars but thats online only..check and see if you got it somewhere when u have a chance..thanks!

Oh I can use it in quick race but I do want to paint it lol not good I will look tomorrow when I can but I do have hospital in the morrning so mabey in the everning lol

Hey Ian I found it..so dumb..the mc12 is only available in quick race and unrestricted class online..sad its not in career anywhere but oh well not so bad..
Ama..the reward cars you can't upgrade unforunately. they aren't available for career mode..I have 10 cars so far all maxed out and have almost 3mil in the bank..all that since release day..it moves pretty quick and you find more ways to get the level points..oh all purchased cars have 3 stages of upgrades and most have a "works" upgrade for a full on race car setup built from stock..
