Difficulty calibrating my TSW wheel. Help, please.

Anyone have a problem with GPL not recognizing your wheel. It happens fairly consistently with me.

I have my wheel connected to a game port on my Creative sound card, running under Windows 98.

I calibrate the wheel and pedals, then when I return to the screen that assigns stuff it will not recognize either the wheel or the brake/throttle.

Anybody got any thoughts?

try deleting the controls.cfg file from the sierra\gpl\players\*your player* folder and see if that helps, its not unknown for it to get corrupted

Then, I've saved that config file so I can always get it back again if needs be.
