BMW M3 GTR - PTG for GTR2 by sidenumber607

2001 PTG Sport BMW M3 GTR.

I understand that there was a v1.1 released earlier in the day, I apologize for that. What happened here (and the reason for the same-day release of v1.2 of this car) was that I forgot to make a change to the .car file that has the team still listed as Advan versus PTG Sport.

When installing, overwrite all previous files. The .gtr files have the texture fixes mentioned in the readme file, and the .car has the corrections to the driver and team names.

Again, apologies to everyone for messing this up.

Alas, you are too late. I let a friend of mine take it for the first run around Laguna Seca earlier. We lost the front bumper and hood, in addition to smashing up the rear end a bit in the first turn out of the pits. (I amend what I said earlier, I let him take it for the first wreck around Laguna Seca. It is also important that I mention he had never played GTR2 prior to that point.)

However, I did find myself wincing a bit during the impact(s). Weird how this works.

You're most likely correct. (I primarily follow the WRC and only recently started following the LeMans and ALMS series.) I tried tracking the car back and did not have a great deal of success. I'll see about correcting the title.
