online problem PC

Hi, at first i played reloaded, then i bought key and download game on eadm. (uninstalled cracked first). put correct key. i can sign up to ea check leaderboards, but when i go to online try to join, i don`t have an option to pick game i like it just go "joining game session" and then i get "this game is no longer available". i have tried both loose and normal, also it`s patched.
any ideas?

tried off and on eset and windows, im running win7.
also switched off nat on router to have public ip, still nothing. tried to check ver. (if patch is aplied) but it doesn`t show me version...
