3DSimED help

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how i would go about adding objects to a track using 3DSimED?
I've made a track in BTB and i want to add some grandstands and buildings, i know how to get them in there on 3DSimED but how do i save it? :)

Here ya go, buddy. Lasercutter did two WONDERFULLY straightforward, illustrated (...for Dummies :D) tutorials back in August. They work great, but they're too big to attach here at NoGrip.
