Problem with ABS

Hi guys,
I've a problem with Race 07...
When I start a new championship I set the difficulty to personalized and I put 100% ability for other drivers and the only driving help I use is ABS...
Then I start the championship I win a couple of Races and then when I start the third or fourth race in the championship the abs is deactivated and I can't activate it....
Anyone has my problem?
Can anyone help me resolving this problem?

mabey try driving with no ABS its makes you a better driver

Yes, I drive without ABS but I want to know why the ABS turns off automatically after few races...
It's a bug?

It actually sounds like something planned.

There seems to be something buggy about the driver assists. I've gone into races online that I thought were PRO and found upon starting to drive that the ABS is enabled and so is Stability Assist. I have those two turned off under realism. I immediately go into REALISM and turn 'em back off to run the race. And next race they seem to be off, as I wish. But some race later, they will be back on.

That too might have been a design decision by the codies.
