Is planned a new version for sgt 300 too?
Something with some missing cars, but I would like even a skin pack on replaced models, just to complete real grids.
The problem is that for european people is a real problem to identify the logos and the japanese characters!

Hello Yakun.

Allow me to thank you for your dedication.

I do have one issue to report:

"CRC failed in '...Yakkun\GameData\Teams\SGT\GT500\ASTON MARTIN DBR9 SGT500s_DBR9_CPIT.GTR' File is broken". I used 7zip to de-compress it.

Any idea how I can overcome this?

UPDATE: actually :crying: I keep getting CRC... errors in .GTR files (textures and the like) in any of the parts downloaded.

just point winrar to part 2, then to part 3 and then to part 4. Ignore what it writes, just follow the parts in numerical order ! Worked for me

if the extractor asks for part1 ignore it. Just browse and direct the extractor to the next RAR like part2, if part2 is finished it still asks for part2 just ignore this and browse to part3 and load it and start. Hope this helps.

Great looking cars. I have one error ..

When looking over the cars in menu, if I go to the lexus models I get the "two figures" and the game doesn't function properly (I can no longer see any cars.) I'm specifically trying to see the 2009 Lexus cars.

Any suggestions what might be causing this...

i see your problem eagames. It seems that you dont know the tabs on car selection. In the car menu under class selection theres a word official on top. Beside the official left and right are arrows that you toggle to see the other sets of cars in different installs. try to find it. its my problem too in the past. the arrows are so small i didnt notice it.

Mostly tire model changes and a few engine mods plus a few bug swats... the changelog is in the readme in the archive , but I agree that it would be nice to have it in the readme accessible on this page.

The cars are very nice but my problem its i cant race decently for some files like damage , talent are mot good and its good there was pacth cause the cars are perfect but need working uin some files and i have to change the damage files for a default damage.dmg to make a little better
and of course really thx for this files i try later ;)

7-Zip works better than winrar for unpacking this. A bunch of broken files for Supra and SC430 though. Thought I saw some fixes somewhere for the Supra at least...

Phew~! good thing I downloaded the non-split v2.2 (276MB) before Yakkun uploaded the split version. So I ended up just downloading the v2.2 to 2.3-2.5 patch versions in Team B.B.'s every release...

Yakkun can u tell is it true there is going to be a rfactor version? If so any idea when it might be complete. I love this mod but very hard to find anyone to race online with it. Very tough to use the clutch in this mod for me. When I end up on the sand and try to get myself out... it's almost impossible, I keep having to engage my clutch completely, if i move it up anything more than 5%, then engine stalls. - Tried it on the safety car and the other skyline 09 GT-R

i think for me the cars are there. just look for the little left and right arrow above the car selection and toggle it. those are league car selections cause the gt500 has its own car selection menu.

Heads up! This 4 part archive of version 3 is apparently unusable. : I tried de-archiving the four parts together with 7-Zip – got multiple duplicate files, CRC check fails, and file broken errors. Caveat emptor.

To avoid Winrar prompting for next file, rename the files to:
SUPER GT GT500 v3_0 by Yakkun.part1.rar
SUPER GT GT500 v3_0 by Yakkun.part2.rar
SUPER GT GT500 v3_0 by Yakkun.part3.rar
SUPER GT GT500 v3_0 by Yakkun.part4.rar

After that you don't have any problems unpacking all files with Winrar.

7-Zip fix:

I found a fix that allows you to use 7-Zip:

1. Rename archive parts as given above
2. Open 7-Zip file manager
3. Select Tools -> options -> system and put a checkmark in the .rar filetype option
4. Select all 4 renamed parts
5. Select 7-Zip -> extract files from right context menu when you right-click on one of the 4 parts

The problem 7-Zip has here is that it does not properly recognize setting file type settings through Windoze (i.e. when done through the "open with..." dialog)

I'm especially interested in the HDC and tyr files (if these were changed more in line with what some of us believe is more realistic: less steep slip curves, bigger long to lat ratio, 3 to 7 times more sensitivity for the LoadSens parameter, and so on).

In any case, fantastic job you have done thus far.

Ah...a fix for the Nissan GTR-2009 windscreen textures (well, i fixed those on my own, but it would be nice to drive it out-of-the-box without texture flashes or the scenery superimposing itself on the windscreen)?

Let's hope the "fantastically honest" people at InsideSimRacing do your job justice (as they did with the Supra, me thinks).

But not just 2010 season that wold be a peace of cake for You, what i think about is to create something BIG even bigger than SGT mod. A DTM HISTORY MOD! From Alfa Romeo 155 trough Opel Vectra, Audi TT to 2010 season.
NOTHING PASS THAT EVER. That be like a new frikin game in the old game. Hope someone do this and it be best if that someone be the Team B.B.

Shit, I also have downloaded V 2.5 just a few days ago (there were add. dl locations)

So I agree, upgrading "patchwise" from previous versions would be much better

That problem with unpacking: when the program asks for PART 1 (here is the bug) simply choose part 2 from the browser. Then when it asks for 2nd choose 3rd, 3rd choose 4th. And presto IT WORKS :)

Could someone tell me how to tune the HSV suspension for tracks with jumps in them like Nordy, Elkhart Lakes and Lime Rock. The front end jumps off the track surface very easily. I've tried all shock values up and down along with softer front springs but it still flys.
