In the f1c CSGT mod you have the porsche 917 but i hate the sounds. In the movie Le Mnas the 917 are awsome. with the new GTR2 sounds i drove the Lambo and heard the same sounds from the movie the file was

Lambo_onhigh.wav

and in the F1c folder i found

917_HI.wav

and i decided the replace the 917 file with the Lambo file but when i played the 917 porshe it worked but the sound was alot higher and not as much detail in sound and I know i will need to edit the 917 SFX file but what do i do please help me

you got to change the sound file like this:

EngineRPMPowerOutside=0
{
MinimumRPM=1.00
MaximumRPM=3162.00
NaturalRPM=1700.00 <==== this Value changes the sound
}

higher value lowers the frequency and makes it more dull

needs some practice to achive what you want, just try :)
i've done it myself too, to get better car sounds
