It was pretty expectable... But excellent deal for Jari-Matti.

Yes! That's good news for sure... I never gave credit to the rumours saying Petter would leave Subaru. Now Dani Sordo will have to improve again on gravel to be a real team mate.
Now what we need again for WRC survive to IRC is just another good car... I hope the Impreza'08 does it... but I read she would not be there before Finland 2008 in mid season.
If Loeb wins all rallies next year I'm not sure WRC would survive that...
Btw, I heard they're going to leave Neste Oil Rally of Finland out of the rally calendar for the season of 2010. If they do that, I will go postal and kill cute kittens.
They have some nerve... The Neste Oil Rally has been driven every year since 1951! It was selected "The Rally Of The Year" in 1998, 2002, 2003 and 2004. And now they're just going to cut it out?!?!
I sincerely apoligize for the explicit nature of my expression, but WHAT THE F**K?
Has Bernie Ecclestone bought the WRC or something? Is he trying to ruin it like he's done with F1?

Well... no need to distrub Bernie for that... Max can do the job.
That's Neste Oil but do you have enough Oil compared to Middle East countries? :D
Unfortunately these countries are ready to give big money to welcome World Championship rallies. Just like F1.
When you see what they did to the Monte Carlo...

WRC without the Finland Rally is like a duck without feathers.
The Finnish (GP) Rally must be part of WRC.
With so much influx of drivers from Finland what has gotten through FIA heads???

In Oil We Trust...
In Oil We Trust...
Shouldn't trust oil, though. One day you wake up and all the oil is gone!
Trust biofuel.

They are doing a bi-annuel calender because there is so many contries wanting events its apparantly geting hard to squeeze all of them in 1 year, im pretty sure its going to be 10 events per year, so each rally is every 2 years, so that is why Finland will not be in 2010, because it will be run in 2009

Rallies like Neste Oil, Lombard RAC and Monte Carlo for example should be included every year. Only the less famous ones should be bi-annual.

True. But look at what happened to Hockenheim and Imola in F1:(
