Head Lights at Night - GTL

I need some help. My head lights (player car) don't work at night but all the AI lights work. I can take an AI car (lights OK) and make it the player car and then the lights don't work. How can I get lights at night for my car???

Have you pressed the H button on your keyboard pat. That should put the headlamps on.
