Non-critical update for the LoTRDC07 mod.
This adjusts the inertia ratings for each of the chassis.
Un 7zip and copy into LoTRDC07 folder.
(overwrite YES)

This adjusts the different chassis react to horizontal and lateral forces.
The greater the mass, the greater the inertial forces.
