Ford GT street mod for GTR2 by DimiD

It's my first job wich I decided to upload.
You must have the great mod Ford GT by SARGASM. Big thanks to him for this mod.
In this .RAR you can find four street FordGT with real specs. Two of them with splitter and two without it(splitter). Of course they have different physics (a little). The physics is changed to compare with real world street FordGT specs (suspension, aerodynamics and engine).

I hope you enjoy with this little ''submod''.

Great mod!

Just drove around Rattlesnake, best time 2'37.9 in a so called race setup. There's more in the car to get too.

Has enough grip to be fun but not too much, really nice...and looks great on the track.

Very nice! i always prefer "street" skins compared to "commercials"' one.

PS: Sargasm and every skinner should specify that isn't a Ford GT (by respect the original one) an give it a proper name

The mod bases upon the work by Sargasm, so it is a Ford GT for me ;)

If Sargasm says it is a Ford GT XYZ, it is a Ford GT XYZ :D

Makes no sense to me.. What will happen when a REAL Ford GT is released for GTR2, and people start making skins for it. It will just make it difficult for everyone to keep track of all skins, see which one's for the Ford GT40 (which is called Ford GT for now..) and the skins for the real Ford GT. Everyone should just change it to Ford GT40, until it's too late. :up:

It's a cool C5 street looking pack from Dai Dwl.:up: But with stock (C5R) physics. To have a real street car you need to modify it.

If you mean GT40 from Sargazm's mod and looking like modern street FordGT(almost), so I can make it when I'll have a free time. I think it'll be soon.;)

Maybe you're right. Of course the 3D model is based on GT40. But in my version I tried to add some little things that make this GT40 looks more like modern FordGT than classic FordGT40. And for ''everyone should just change it to Ford GT40, until it's too late.'' Not necessarily. For exmp.for Sargasm's FordGT it may looks: ''FordGT for mod by Sargasm''; and for the new PROPER 3D model it may looks like ''FordGT for mod by Vasya'' or someone else(if that mod would be release at all)

Hmmm. Very strange. :?: I reinspecting all files and they are OK. Does anyone else have this problem? Since uploading section starts to work I'll upload update v.1.1 which contain some improvements (visual and physics). Maybe this update will help you. Good luck.
