Adding Vehicles (Cars) - Data

Quick looking through the files and it looks like Adding rather than Replacement will be in order . Not tested yet but look at this.

16 Cars and low and behold 16 directories
Cars.cfg
NumCars=16

Same options were in RT so that doesn't mean we can add cars but i hope we could.

Looks promising, but can we add more than that 17th car?

Not sure at the minute bud, more testing will hopefully reveal a bit more :)
