Looks like you're getting AA there? :?: Maybe 2x not 4x tho...
Have you tried using one control panel, or the other...not both? Maybe they interfere

Why don`t you use the global setting? I use one setting for all.Easier for me. And what is better, if you set DX to "auto" ?

Yes, I tried to set only the rf config.
Unfortunately, there is another problem: I can not change from 4x to 2x. 2x choose, click OK and when I run the configurator again, selected a 2x ...

i see your antialiasing works fine... do you mean the back blue stripe over the AICO decal? you canīt get antialiasing there because FSAA only works in in polygons edges, not in textures... that is a problem of texture resolution, try to find the same texture in 2048px...

First you need to set the anti-aliasing to Override any application setting then set the texture filtering- negative LOD bias to clamp..
You will lose some of the anisotropic filtering at long distances..
