Touchscreen: Multi-touch screen (capacitive type)

Rear touchpad: Multi-touch pad (capacitive type)

Wireless communications: Mobile network connectivity (3G); IEEE 802.11b/g/n (n = 1x1) (Wi-Fi) (Infrastructure mode/Ad-hoc mode); Bluetooth 2.1+EDR (A2DP/AVRCP/HSP)

Sony has stated that games under development already include the likes of LittleBigPlanet, Resistance, Wipeout, Uncharted, Killzone, and Call of Duty. The handheld was also shown running a port of Metal Gear Solid 4, which leads us to believe that ports of exsisting PS3 games is more than likely...maybe even GT5? which is more than feasible. Prices are yet to be announced.

Can't say that I'm all that excited. I don't use my PSP as it is. The only time it's seen the light of day in over a year now is yesterday and today when I've been using it as a speedo for GTL.

Can't see them porting full PS3 titles either. Probably more like cut down PS3 ports with worse graphics. Much like the games ported from the PS2 to the PSP1 are.

If that pic is how it will look then it's looking OK. The analog sticks seem to be better placed than on the PSP Go and at least there is two of them, unlike on the PSP Phat/Slim.

Built in GPS? Why? It's a games console and media player.

Mobile network connectivity (3G) - again why? Unless they're planning to allow it to use the internet like a mobile phone can? In which case (as far as I know) it will have to come with a SIM with a data plan, or at least provision for putting a SIM into it...

Not sure I understand the logic behind the rear touchpad either...

As for the touchscreen, I guess it could be useful.
