Few questions about mods

Hello,

I have some questions regarding Shift 2 mods. First of all I'm interested whether I can use juls minimod while being online without risking my account being banned?

Secondly, and this is more of an unreal dream - is it theoretically possible to enable damage in multiplayer? If it is, are there any plans to make a mod which does this?

^ Sorry I don't have any answers for you, but I figure I will ask a question as well rather than make another topic.

My question is how do you install multiple mods when they both want to save over the same .bff file. Such as BOOTFLOW.bff for example. Or is this not possible at all?
