Pitting?

Ok, I just bought Shift 2 and I don't want to look stupid or anything, but can you pit in Shift 2? Do you ever run out of gas, or tires get worn out? :?:

There's no pitting or fuel consumption but your tires do wear on endurance races I believe.

Ya, and the tire wear are very horrible, in 20 laps race, your tire grip during 13-15 lap will reduce about 50%, and suddenly you need to be a expert to control the car well, during cornering, if you are not fast even, no power cause the car spin

Here is the list I want to test to find out how to reduce tire wear:
1. Don't lock up the brake
2. Don't push too hard on 1-7 lap
3. Increase tire pressure
