I'm not sure if this is the right place to post as I didn't see a requests catagory, but I'm very late to the Race 07 series, I just bought it a week ago and I LOVE IT!!!!!!
Personally I didn't like GTR2's physics, especially being on controller...
But I played Gran Turismo series Religiously up until 5 (now i dont own any playstation :( )
But GT's tracks are my favorites, through in through out.
So, I request a modder to make some!
Tracks include: Grand Valley Speedway/East*, Seattle Raceway/Short, Circuit De La Sarthe I and II, Tsukuba Circuit, Apricot Hill Raceway*, Midfield Raceway*, Costa Di Amalfi, Special Stage R5, Tokyo Route 246, Deep Forest Raceway**, and Citta Di Aria.
I put * next to the favorites.
I hope someone, somewhere will read this and it takes them back to the early GT days...and put some heart into making some of these classic gems!
P.S. My only other small request would be maybe a JGTC series of cars?
I'm sure some of these tracks are available as conversions from GTR2.
But making new tracks, like new cars, is A LOT of work.
Even conversions take a while.

Grand Valley exists somewhere in some form, don't think it's a direct conversion though, more a scratch built version, I've seen it mentioned here a few times. Don't know where to find it though but a little googling should yield a result or two.
Circuit De La Sarthe can be catered for by VLM's Le Mans 77-79 and Frank55's Le Mans 2004 (although the Wizper update version with Culmones textures would be the way to go). Again google is your friend.
But for any that aren't around you may be waiting a long while unless you learn to make/convert the tracks yourself. ;)

replys MUCH appreciated!
As for Grand valley, I'll continue my searching. I come across like 10 new sites for modding RACE everyday lol.
I'll look for Frank55's LM mod, didnt know that was in it, but thanks for letting me know :)
Building a track myself I think I could learn, but the absence of any GT games would make it pretty difficult. As well as this being an older game, (though I'm not sure) it seems like maybe modding of this game has been generally....stopped?

Also, in advance, I wanna thank all the modders for their hard work into RACE 07/GTR evo.
GREAT JOBS!!!
There is a program (BTB) that you can use to make basic tracks easily, and then expand them over time. You can also model tracks in professional programs like 3DS Max. But for starting out I'd say BTB is the way to go for now.
As for you wanting certain tracks, some of GT's tracks are available as said but if you want more (badly enough), you're best off doing it yourself. Every week people want modders (read others) to do the work - lots of work - and make tracks for them, but unless they're circuits wanted by large groups of people, doing it yourself will still be the way to go. And for ISI-based sims, at least there are mouse-operated programs to do that - for other sims, you'd have to "code" every corner by hand.

Thanks for the tips! BTB, I will look into it, I've never done much modding for any games, I've a couple maps for Counter-Strike: Source, and a little unreal developement modding (not much by any means)
I'm kinda suprised not many people are into the GT tracks, as I got a friend to buy the RACE series by telling him theres a Trial Mountain mod.:-D
That's probably because rF and GTR2 are sims, and GT is a console game. So real life tracks and physics and cars tend to attract more attention than fantasy add-ons. (There are exceptions though, - some fantasy tracks are *really* good.)
Secondly, for a good recreation of GT tracks graphically, you'd have to invest a near-insane amount of (team)work to match their visuals. Doable, but difficult.
