What racing games have best AI?

I intend buy a racing game. I only can play offline coz my connection is very slow to play online. What games have best AI? I try rFactor and AI is horrible.

The best AI I ever experienced was GP4 but that is an obsolete game now.
I recommend GT Legends and Race07 both have a reasonable AI.

Rfactor AI is crap, the worst I ever experienced.

Race07 has probably the best in my experience, but GTR2 is pretty good, particularly if played fairly casually. When you get more into it you start to see some of the flaws, but it's not too bad. The prmary concern with the AI in either GTR2 or Race07 is when the AI are on cold tyres, then they drive unrealistically slowly, meaning that you always overtake loads of them in the first lap. After that though, they drive very competitively. So either present a pretty decent offline challenge IMHO
