Im sure i read somewhere that people are still playing these games as they are better than whats on xbox ,ps3 or pc at the moment.
TT Superbikes
TT Superbikes Legends
TT Superbikes - Real Road Racing Championship
Tourist trophy
Its so tempting to buy a old ps2 and one of these ( i have my freestyler bars) or is there better out there.
So far this is my best bike game.... gp bikes, sbk08,sbkx(extra classes). motogp games (poor) any suggestions ....

hi :-) tourist trophy is very good imo, but if i was you i'd avoid those others like chlamydia
they are horribly atrocious in their execution. which is a pity, because the ideas they have
are excellent
just my opinion. you may well find that they're ok for you. if you do get any of them, let me
know what you think eh?
ps. this is quite good imo - Superbikes Riding Challenge (http://www.amazon.co.uk/BLACK-BEAN-Super-Bikes-Riding-Challenge/dp/B000EFCY1E/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1307174205&sr=8-2)
not as good as tourist trophy, but better that the others you mentioned. and the price for a
used one is next to nothing so you can't go wrong trying it

Watching the T.T on the T.v at the minute and I have to admitt unless i can find a decent game with the track on the P.C, I'm gonna buy a dirt cheap PS2 and buy a game with the track on

Let us know how that game is. I still have my PS2 and recently bought TT and having a blast every so often. It's so nice to have a game where the bike doesn't feel like it's stuck in sticky gloop when turning. I used to ride a ZX6R all year round and even THAT never felt like some of the crap I've played. SBKX is a good game but I just cannot believe anyone connected with that game rides real bikes!! Chicanes are a nightmare!

I got both Tourist-Trophy (by Polyphony) and TT-Superbikes Real Road Racing Championship (by Jester).
While Jester's TT-Superbikes is great for a nice rendition of road racing with all the classes and tracks (unlocking cheat codes ftw!), it just isn't as good as Polyphony's Tourist-Trophy, IMHO.
Both are good for PS2 games and worth having (both are a "must" for that console if you like motorcycles), but the "Gran-Turismo of bikes" is much more polished and vastly advanced, especially regarding physics and graphics.
BTW, I'm using the lastest PCSX2 (PS2 emulator) on PC and it copes pretty good with these games (just not as fluid as the original PS2 console).

Hey all,
Is TT Superbikes - Real Road Racing Championship the same game as Suzuki TT Superbikes - Real Road Racing Championship?
I saw a copy at Best Buy for $9.98 but passed because I wasn't sure. Also, does SBK 2011 have "cockpit" view or not?
Thanks,
FraPP!!!
No it's not the same. SBK titles all got cockpit view.
Is Suzuki TT Superbikes - Real Road Racing Championship any good at all? Does it have cockpit view?
I have GP 500 and it seems to run fine on WIN 7; I may just stick with that for now.
Thank you for your answers,
FraPP!!!

"Suzuki TT Superbikes - Real Road Racing Championship" is the first title of Jester for motorcycle racing on the IOM TT, the antecessor of current "TT-Superbikes RRRC".
More info: http://www.jesterinteractive.co.uk/
About the other questions, opinions vary, but all have cockpit view (see HERE (http://www.nogripracing.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1158210&postcount=20)). :)

Have you ever tried GP500? Any thoughts? Many different seasons/bike sets available.
Very difficult to master - almost like a 2 wheeled version of GPL.

Oh yes, and for quite some time (around it since 1999 until 2004).
Microprose GP500 and EA's F1-2002 is where I started with sound mods, so it sure has a place in my heart. :)
Many bikesets and very active community in early/mid 2000s but it's too old now, even if it can be interesting for the quantity and variety of mods.
Depending on bikesets, some were/are just too hard/sensitive on sim mode and feel nothing like riding a real motorcycle, others are a little better and can be pleasant.
In anycase, and IMHO, it was always more about the ability of dominating the overdone sensitivity/reactions/controls of physics for pure satisfaction or the challenge, more so than any realistic sensations (quite good at its time though).
Online was were it shined for me (loads of fun with a room of friends battling for position on track).

i played it today again after some years on my old sony ps2, graphics sucks, but this game is still very funny and extreme difficult...
my fastest lap today was a 23min59s on a production 600cc, and my rider died about 100 times... :D:P
anyone out for a challenge? ^^
i know there are also 2 others tt games from jester
TT Superbikes Legends
http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/418yPOhYG3L._SL500_AA300_.jpg
and TT SUPERBIKES REAL ROAD RACING CHAMPIONSHIP
http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51QPEvM3vHL._SL500_AA300_.jpg
