After a looooooooooooong brake, races 6 and 7 are starting right now:

Race 6 is Original Rally Switzerland.

Race 7 is Safari rally with some original Kenya stages.
Drive throught the whole rally but install these tracks first:

Again - overall time after all rallies this season will count.

The usual rules (http://www.nogripracing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=45086) are still the ones to follow.

Now what you need to download in order to take part this season/event:

1) You need RT2, get it here (http://www.nogripracing.com/details.php?filenr=22540)
2) You need to choose 2 RT2 cars before the season. You will drive those 2 cars during all the season, so be careful with your choice! Which of the 2 cars you drive is up for you to decide.
4) To drive through an event, you need to start a single rally, save all replays of the stages and make a screenshot of rally results after the rally. This is just in case someone is suspiciously fast
5) That's it, now all you need is good luck!

Start: Tuesday, 14.06.2011
End: around Sunday, 03.07.2011

Hopefully there still are people around this place!

Topic sticky please!

I'll take the Saab on both occasions, even if it means getting my posterior sore in Safari Rally...

I'll use my Saab in the next races. This time the Mercedes sounds like a good idea, because ''more car'' = ''more possibilities to get to the end''.

Anyone else driving besides us?

I'll extend this race until Friday - i will send some PM's about this race, seems like some don't watch this forum too often any more.

Thanks for making it on time Zieman, and just for that i'll give a 10sec bonus for you to the Swiss rally for this. Not much, but i had to give something for the efforts...

Yay, thanks :).

I'm afraid the Safari will have to wait a week or two though...

PM's were sent to people who have been racing here, and to give time for additional racers to take part in this event i see no harm in extending the time limit to next Friday, 22 July.
Not to mention the fact, that i have not managed to find time to race and i need more time...

But I'll have a go right now, Safari sounds like fun. 8-)

PS: Any projects cooking? I opened photoshop today, and refreshed the Nurby a bit more. :-)

Whoa, those weeks became months instead. I blame real life - job, family etc.

Anyhow, here's my East African Safari.

The tough part was to get through EAS 1 & 2 - once I got through and had a save game at that point, finding time for the rest was quite easy.

Maybe we do have some life here afterall. :D

Same issues here, job etc. Starting that Huge Mercedes sounds good right now...

Firstly, I gotta sort out what i have installed and what not, it's really been such a long time, that i don't even remember. :D

Sorry guys, no time and motivation right now - installing all the right stuff with W7 is a pain in the a** and even if i get the right stuff installed, then i don't have enough time to do any decent runs.

And as you all have noticed - we have only 2-4 members left who race, so not really a motivating number if you remember the numbers we had a couple of years ago. I have tried my best by sending e-mails, PM's and starting a new season with a different system, but nothing has really helped any more.

If i have the time, I still like to drive sometimes, but just for fun....
