How do you install it? Where is this file?

Burns Rally install directory"

Open the RBRdll13.zipzip and put these in your RBR directory:

RBRdll.cfg
RBRdll.dll
RBRdll.exe
RBRdll_Readme.txt
RBRdll (folder containg 2 folders: Backups & Textures)

Run RBR by double clickibg RBRdll.exe
When on the stage press Application key (usuually betwenn righthand Control key and Windows key) and N to bring up the pacenote editor. Press App + H for help.

RBR directory is the folder where you have installed your RBR.

And I think you must try to find the application key between from the right sided ctrl and windows key. :wave:
