Who thought, Nordschleife is difficult, will drive the Eifeltrack with a smile on his face after this event...
On the sicilian Targa Florio, which has been the stage for spectacular road races from 1906 until 1977 and today is used partly for rallyes, extreme concentration is in demand!
Anti-clockwise about 900 turns, various road surfaces with different grip levels, highspeed town crossings, jumps, abrupt junctions and a 6 km long straight are lined up for a lap of 72 km.
Without any safety zones each mistake can lead to heavy deformations on the vehicle because even guide posts which have been spread on the track from a driver in front can damage the car.
"Anticipatory driving" will get new priority by the attempt to discover the warning signs in front of the next corner in time!
We organize a time trial on Targa Florio within a closed qualy-session with the Historic Rallye Cars (HRC 1.1).
Each participant got 5 chances to circle the marathon track as quick as possible. The fastest lap will be scored.
Who prefers a direct duel can hit the road with other participants, who needs quiet can drive solo. Everybody has equal chances because only the laptime counts.
