Occasional RBR online racing thread

Me, teq and ppi had some fun tonight after the FOG team championship race was over and we all agreed that it would be great to get together more often.
So I would like to open this thread so we can get a bit more organised and more guys join in the fun.
Also some setups disscusions would be great.

So guys-when you are able and willing to host and race-just put a note here and I a sure some NG guys will join in.

I am definetily in :up: I am sure there's people in the forum waiting the first NoGrip RBR online race event just for NoGrip members only ofcourse. Wouldn't that be great :wave: Or we could just simply go out and have fun no targets what so ever, just cruising. I'll be happy to host the races with 12 races at the same time. :wave:

So tomorrow Wednesday 9th March I will set up RBRnet server "NoGrip" for 12 drivers with password "nogrip" at 20:00-21:00 GMT (22:00-23:00 Finland time). All NoGrip members are wellcome to join :wave: The weather will be good and damage level safe so don't be afraid of scratching your car's paintjob :D

I wasnt present today because an inaugaration rally on RBR online took place and it was a blast. If you havent tried this one yet then you should. :)

Well I wasn't invited to the first Italian online event cos of my late race number 750. Only 0-200 were invited :cry: But nevertheless Pero and me had some fun racing yesterday some tarmac action and gravel fest too. We tested different cars on same stage and we found out that Peugeot is very fast car on straights :OMG: I disabled the server password to let more people in to the server, but not everyone belonged to NoGrip team... :mad:

Next NoGrip race will be Wednesday 16th March at 19:00-20:00 GMT. Stay tuned... :drive:

Again sorry for any intrusion but we are recruiting RBR Online registered drivers for a league for drivers from the following countries:

United Kingdom
Republic Of Ireland
Austria
Belgium
Germany
Greece
Switzerland
Portugal
Croatia
Hungary
Lithuania
Slovenia

The league cannot (sadly) start for a few months, and we are in the phases of setting up the desgin of how things will work, but registration is possible at the website at http://www.insecticons.co.uk/birc/ and all registered drivers are invited to join in and provide their thoughts with the league design so that it works best for everyone.

Please register if this is of interest.

I started a rally on the plugin site. It's Delta HF only. the car has some issues with collision detection, so I made the superrally rules very liberal and also there are longer than normal service stops. I DNF'ed (IIRC) 5 stages out of the 15, but finished the tournament. Check it out folks, it is a wild ride.

I crashed out in Kaihuavaara. I was doing OK, then my wife decides to start talking to me. Not responding to my grunts and taking the hint THAT I AM PLAYING &%^$ing RBR it turned ugly. An off, a roll, a broken gearbox a DNF.

That's that folks. No one ended that rally at all! ugh!

Hi Guys, I'm just new here so I hope i am not over stepping a mark or something but i wanted to invite you all to an RBR rally championship that I run at RaceDepartment Forums.

I would love to make it an inter forum challenge however that doesn't seam possible. We currently have about 70 drivers signed up for this (our second season) but I am always looking at increasing the entry.

If anyone is stil playing RBR here we would welcome you to join in though.
