well it depends on how you define it,yes i have made the skin my self to fit the corvette but for shure as i think every one that skins are gettin influensed by other skinners great work...and original liveries of real racecars

but i donīt understand the q really,do you mean if a skin already are made by another skinner no one else are free to make a similar one?and as i understand it that skin are for the NFS?

Keep up the great work LimmetED - I completely agree with your philosophy: Just cause one guy makes a repsol skin, doesn't mean other guys should never ever try and do the same.
