Bucharest Ring for Race 07 / GTR Evo / Race On by motorfx

Bucharest street circuit as used by the FIA GT and previously has been used by the British Formula 3 Championship.. this was the track that was started by AlexEase for Rfactor. quite a few years back.. now in 2012 this is a new version 1.2 with some of the changes I did to race in GTR2 and I put in the RACE series.. now remodelled a lot more of the layout, opened up the chicanes and kinks ..it should be a bit easier to race with some mods .. had a great test race in F3000's in RACEOn but still would'nt recommend using a high aggression setting for the ai .. lots of new textures made for the trees, banners, walls, and roads, also a grid section added to road. GTR2 style lights . new Aiw . new cameras (bearing in mind I would be the first to admit that they are not my forte' ) includes rain reflections and animated marshals... will appear in "Addons" on track selection page

Great work!!!!! I LOVE city circuits!!! Sadly in my aera (Northern California) we ONLY have my home track- the Famed Laguna Seca. (Oh- we also have Infineon/Searws Point)........ BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! :laugh: :twisted: :laugh: ANYWAY, THANK YOU for this beautiful course!!!!! :thumbup:

When I'm starting a GTR Evolution custom championship, the track lenght for Bucharest Ring is set to only 1 (one) lap. Any ideeas how to fix that?
I have checked the track's .gdb files and the default is set to 12...don't know what try anymore. Other circuits have 12 to 16 laps with lenght set to 100%, but for this one, only 1... Probably a bug.

I couldnt find any problem with laps to race, bearing in mind I only have chosen the championship to use a specific number of laps .. I did'nt try out the timed race sessions
I put bucharest as the first track in a ten track championship.. selected the laps as 5 and it worked okay ... I'll try setting them by timed session. I gather you used 100% ai?
just wondered what you have tried and set up, which tracks did you chose to include in your custom championship ? set up new championship with 40 min session and bucharest was further down the list.. and it worked okay. tried both methods with specific laps and timed session and found no problem..

A nice track but one problem happens when I install it:

Suddenly I get an extra (undrivable) Macau track under EXTRA. I've tried to solve this with several .gdb changes for personal use, but it doesn't work out.. :-(
