I had to miss the previous race, but looking forward to this one. Imo this twisty track didn't suit the GT1's last year, but it might just be perfect for the Porsche cup.

But i think we have to discuss about the limits of the circuit at corners 10 and 11 because at turn 10 there is the green extansion then another part of tarmac and if i put 2 wheels on the tarmac 2 on the green stuff sometimes they say that i cut the track so what to do??
for turn 11, not considering the white line i can pass throw with 3 REVING and full throttle is like 0.5 sec gained not respecting the white line. so should i care??

...mate you have to be more careful and don't get stop and go penalty;-)What game will allow you to do so do it. I didn't get any warning yet lol , probably I wasn't go on limit lol :)

trust me because of the tires degrating ur gonna be on the limit of the circuit but the thing is that the game changes its decisions an that doesn't let me know where to stop pushing

I set it to 60kg last night. Either i have missed a capital letter off when i entered the weight ballast command (i am 99% sure i got it right) or its the classic thing with GTR2 where it doesn't allocate your penalty until another person joins the server after you.

Done some proper practice for this one so i am hoping to be able to run more competitively tonight.

there is a little bit chance, that i do make this race, i did download the carpack and i did quick any laps in server, for not have problems later.


i do have a rf2 race tonight, but perhaps there will be not enough driver, so if so, i do quick jump in server, perhaps 10-20% chance of race only.

next week in dubai i think i will drive for sure...


....driver be warning, i will come with cockpit view:ohmy:, so i am not sure if i will be clean if i do drive close behind other car.

did only 4-5 laps in server, this was all practise with this cars, so if i can drive tonight i will be much slow, especialy the porsches are not my favourite cars.

i was a online noseview driver and offline cockpit view.
but since rf2, i do use cockpit always, looks like i am not slower in cockpit, same laptimes, only for close fights the noseview is much more save, better calculation how close you can drive = more clean view.
and forgot about all the comments about nose view is 1 sec. faster:laugh:
this only can someone write which is a bad cockpit driver then:laugh: if this driver is 1 sec. faster in noseview.
1.50.9 with 100l med med i did after 5 or 6 laps in dubai with 575, which is same as with noseview, so i think cockpit can be faster view over a single lap.

R : Shitty f****d up pc of mine gave me a bluescreen

Have no idea why on our online race's my computer is not working. Last season had the same problem at the start of the season. Not even a full clean installation of OS and game worked. Not two time's at this evening bluescreen. Damn.:twisted:

Well had a boooooring race after first laps. Was driving alone and since not so many laps here it was quite hard to do good laps. Found out several ways to go around one corner.

That was fun - only got 20mins of practice for the whole round, right before qual, so 3rd was good.

Lost two spots off the line, settled in nicely with Peter and Fromgehenna, then I hit the gravel and From followed and we wobbled around abit trying to get back on and I then got swamped!
Managed to claw my way back a bit until I was right near From again, then had a massive lose at turn 4, lost 10 seconds - then spent 28 minutes getting it back, all the time maintaining the gap to 2nd/3rd/4th....
I got to within 3secs of From, then he DNF'd - so I just drove around the track for a bit, feeling sorry for myself.

Still, 5th isn't that bad - good pts I guess.

Great job Jay - obviously a DNF made him mad, and he came back even more of an Alien!
Berger aswell! Great comeback.

that was a hard race,
no practise, not good car for me, and not so much used cockpit view...

then i had the complete race someone close in front or close behind me, or both...that was very much hard to manage without make a accident,

after jayblue did overtake seyli in middle of race, i was behind seyli and did not can overtake, i did always loose time in this chicance to other drivers.
around lap 20 i did make little mistake and peter did overtake me, so i was 4th, then he did make in same position little mistake and i was 3rd, then seyli did make in same postion same mistaake and i was 2nd:laugh: in lap 24.

no idea how to make overtake in this track if the driver infront do not make mistake??? very hard track this is.

race was intensive and much action, never was boring and i did totaly forgot that i do not like this car:laugh:

well done jayblue for win and seyli for 3rd and
special well done to peter for have pace of leaders/podium with 60kg, respekt.

what a race!!! probably the most exiting of my life! i was holding everybody behind doing a nice job defendind, but i new that 10 LAPS before finish my tires loose grip and temperature 1st mistake jay passed me and got away (nice drive) then came berger stayed behind a few laps then second mistake he passed buy and peter siting nicely behind berger tried too to get me but i succeded keeping him and finally at the end great multiple overtaking with peter ( awesome stuff by the way) and finaly i made it in third place!!! very happy
cant wait to see replay!!!

Pretty uneventful race...I passed WPS, he passed me again, and I was a tad faster than Nectaria, so I finished the race alone after lap 3. Boring.

I'll try to put more wing next time to see if I'm faster. I suspect my line is not very good, which explains why I can drive with low wing.

Can't race the two next weeks, see you after.

First of all I dont like this track as I mentioned before. I did some practice before race and I could find the speed my best O kg was 1 37 3... so in qualify section I could do high 36 as Jay did:) but not with 60kg!!! With this weight I felt like driving some american muscle car lol + I need to increase my rear wing to 7. So qualify was going ok, I could do better time but guys was CHATTING DURING QUALIFICATION so I couldn't concentrated for each lap properly.PLEASE SEE RULES GUYS AND DONT CHAT DURING QUALIFY AND RACE !!!
The Race started ok and I managed to move forward 4'th and there I stayed for almost whole race lol. With that weight I couldn't do too much so I just watch action in front of me.Last 10 laps I think was the best when tyres started to wear and guys made mistakes with me lol some nice close racing with Reinhard and Seyli,nice stuff which I really enjoyed it:)I finished 4'th very close behind Seyli.Great race and thx to all wjo take a part of this race:)Well done to Jay with nice pace and guys on podium (R & S );-)))I'm looking forward for next race...;-)

had a good race tonight.
start was ok and i was behind nectaria.
lap 2 ,i could pass wps and nectaria who both somewhere
got off track.
same lap , wps tried to pass me and we had minor contact , but unfortunately i spun and was last behind will and bob.
a couple of laps later , will made a mistake and i moved up a place.
then bob also made an error and i got my starting position back.
slowly i built a gap and was 7 sec in front of bob and had no chance of catching nectaria , who was then allready 14 sec in front of me.
halfway the race i almost lost it completely and again i was bahind bob.
started to pressure him and it would have been difficult for me to pass him ,
but then bob let me by , as maybe he was struggeling with his tyres, so i could finish 8th i think.

Nice to get a win after a difficult start to the season. Qualified pole with a decent lap, still a little more in the car i think but it is a very particular style of driving to get every last tenth out of this car and i am still not 100% confident with it.

Got a ok start but Seyli passed me and i had to follow him for the opening laps. Then i slipped wide into the gravel at the top of the hill and Berger got by. Overtaking is almost impossible without another drivers mistake so i continued third until Berger made the same mistake as me and i got second place back.

Started to really pressure Seyli, getting alongside on several occasions but still unable to make the move stick. Then he got out of shape at the top of the hill and i was into the lead. After that i got into the groove and started to spot the apexes better, pulling away from the chasing pack.

Again a really entertaining race with these cars. Nice to have Berger back with us and on the podium again! And congrats to Seyli on third and Peter on some super driving with 60kg.

copy to your ...\GTR2\ReplayData folder, start the game & choose the Replays option
