So far, drove the 959, 82 Turbo, 70s Carerra and 90s GT2. What an excellent pack. Each car was grippy, excellent off line grip, fantastic brakes and great sounds. Very happy with this mod so far.:thumbup:

So far I've only driven the 914. Been gaining the Affinity bonus to make parts free. Drives good, sounds good. Spent about 4200 on it to win the necessary F Class races get to level 4 Affinity. Now I'm building it to spec for my 1961-71 Sports/GT Production Series which starts next week.

Tomorrow is race 1 for the 50's cars, though that series looks like it's gonna be light on the grid. Maybe I need to give it more time for interest to build. Dunno.

Anyway, I like the Porsche pack thus far as well.

I broke down and bought it after watching Wheeler Dealers 944 show. I've only driven the 944 so far, but I did enough to hit level 7 affinity, lol. I still think it's to heavy on 911s. I would have used the 7 new slots for more classics myself. The SUV maybe, but the 4 door is a waste IMO. I'm sure I'll get my moneys worth out of it with the 914, 944, and the pre 90s 911s. With the Rufs all ready the new 911s just seem like repeats.

I will give them credit for a great presentation with the "welcome to" speech. I was kinda hoping that a new homespace was included. Guess you can't believe all the rumors.

You are wlecomed to join us just as soon as you can! I hope that's soon. Send me a pick of your ride, and I'll try to duplicate it, and make it a prize car for you. Give me specs too. I will set it up. Don't forget to include the custom part manufacturers, I'm always looking for an excuse to make a new aftermaket manufacturer sticker. My collection is getting big.

Making liveries is quickly becoming a Forza hobby of mine.;-)

MArk and the guys at CMS run a good league. Timing is all wrong for me this go around or I'd probably be there myself.

Its a bit more twitchy at the rear than mine is in real life (Although i have managed to get mine sideways in the rain!) And mine is an original 1984 Non Turbo model.
Shame you cant choose between left or right hand drive. Feels wrong driving a car i am used to on sitting on the wrong side.
Other than that great car pack and worth the money IMO.

hi, I am joining cms for some rfactor racing in august, and am happy to hear that they also run some racing events with FM4, hoping they do some historic racing as I would like to race with the 73 RS 2.7.

great stuff. cheers

I'm currently running three series simultaneously. One of them is 1961-71 Sports/GT Production. One of the cars I've included in the 73 RS 2.7. I have it configured with the 64 901 body mods so it fits with the theme. I've got the setups and liveries on my storefront. Feel free to join us if you wish.

My GT is markbell73. We are one race into the 61-71 Sports/GT's. Next weeks race will be at Lemans with chicanes running those cars. I build all the car setups my self, doing extensive testing to balance them as closely as possible. Setups are locked for this reason, but everyone seems happy with my work thus far.

No prob. Next race is wednesday featuring the 61-71 Sport's/GT cars including this Porsche at La Sarthe chicane.

Lemmie know if you have problems with the car. Setup and such. I'm always willing to make adjustments if they don't interfere with the balance I try to maintain between the cars.

I recently adjusted the differentials on the two Mustangs so the have speed for the straights without bumping the limiter. This was brought to my attention by one of our drivers. Just an example of my willingness to listen to the drivers. Hahaha. Cause it is about the drivers after all.
