unpacking data

Help!!!!!!!!

I downloaded

but now I´ve got a problem.

How to unpack data and where to safe the files?
I like to use it for my game Race 07 WTTC.
Do I need a special program? WinZip is working, but everytime I open the programm I just got jpeg data.
