Just read the same on the Autosport website, very sad when it happens and amazing it does not happen more often with the speed of modern WRC cars and the scenery is as unyielding as ever it was.

I believe they have cancelled the rest of Rally GB and there will be no champagne celebration for the winner.

Terrible weekend for rallying. Very sad. This doesnt make it easier for the future of WRC

Very sad moment in rallying. I simply couldnt belive that such a thing still is possible after seeing the sort of crashes we have been seeing in the recent years, where nobody got hurt.
Condolances to his familly
May he rest in peace

Really really sad... :(

Michael Park was the man who helped M.Märtin to the top, and we are truly feeling sorry here in Estonia that such a thing has happened.
He will remain as a god for rally fans in Estonia.

RIP Michael Park

Feels unessesary to say anymore... It's just a big tradgedy.

For me this didn't really come as a surprise though... I have felt this coming for a few years as the cars have become faster and faster... Seems like history is repeating itself :(

My thoughts goes to Michael Parks's family and to Markko Märting who lost a collegue and friend.

As expected Markko won't be competing in Japan!

As expected Markko won't be competing in Japan!

As i am an Estonian i can say that he's whole career is under doubt at the moment. There was an interview with Märtin's family, and they didn't sound that confident... :(

I think that if he doesn't drive next year he propably won't drive ever. This must be _really_ hard for him :(

Just to show how much we M.Park means to Estonians, we will make a statue (don't know if it is the right word in english) for him, and we will even name a bridge after him.

As i said he was and still is a legend here...
