Port Scans and Spam

If someone is scanning my ports daily or sending obscene spam, where can I DL a program that will cause their CPU to overheat and burn their house down?:argue:

seeing as you know you're being scanned I assume your firewall is alerting you so it will show the ip, the same with the emails - just check the message headers to get the originating ip

then go to http://www.whois.sc , http://www.dnsstuff.com/ or similar and look up what isp owns that ip, at the same time get the isps abuse email address which will be listed there, then just report them to that abuse dept and let them deal with it

trying to **** with someone when you clearly have no clue what you are doing is just a bad idea and could end in tears.
