Hello, I would like to participate in racing events, what are the rules and how can I join? Can I tweak car.ini settings for suspension, brake power and camber angles?

No mods to the car.ini's are allowed, we race a gentlemen's agreement here, seems to work pretty well. Everyone has fun. From time to time honest "infingements" have been spotted when checking runs - the time is disallowed, but most people have been happy to re-submit.
When checking runs we are looking for any cars that don't seem to be acting as they should (there ARE visual clues ;)), also corner cutting and rail riding. Generally any rail-riding is disallowed unless it slows someone down; corner cuts usually we apply the rule that there must not be a solid object between car and track.
Enjoy the racing

Sorry, I can't participate this game doesn't feel right after patch and TTRealmod, this game wasn't suppose to be simulator and it never will be. With these patches driving feeling is something like GPL on ice, not my taste, though it is hard to drive but not quite realistic. Im playing something else like GTL and waiting for RBR historic car mods.
